03/07/2009 – EnterInfo to Provide Pavement Management Services for the City of El-Cajon, California
The City of El-Cajon has selected the eRoadInfo image supplemented pavement management system as a pavement management solution. The project will start by capturing video along City roads using eRoadMobile. eRoadPavement software will be used to calculate PCI and perform repair analysis, budget calculation, report generation, and road condition forecasting.

03/20/2009 – South Jersey Transportation Planning Organization and Atlantic County, New Jersey Choose eRoadInfo Technology for Asset and Pavement Management Program
EnterInfo and certified business partner Civil Solutions will combine forces to initiate a Pavement Management and Asset Inventory Solution for Atlantic County, New Jersey. eRoadInfo will be used to complete the pavement rating, analysis, reporting, budgeting, and road condition forecasting. Road assets will be collected by Civil Solutions using eRoadInfo asset collection tools.

03/26/2009 – Jersey City, NJ Selects eRoadInfo for Asset and Pavement Management
eRoadInfo and Civil Solutions were selected to perform asset and pavement management services for Jersey City. Under this contract, EnterInfo will capture images along roads in Jersey City using eRoadMobile. Civil Solutions will utilize the eRoadAsset ArcGIS extension software to capture the City assets.

01/09/2009 – EnterInfo Chosen to Implement Automated Vehicle Tracking System for Prince Georges County, Maryland
eRoadTrack (formerly eSnowInfo) was chosen by the Prince Georges County, Maryland to track the County’s snowplow progress during winter storms. eRoadTrack is a GIS integrated AVL and snowplow tracking system that provides the snow operations management team the vehicle location, travel history, and road treatment status in real-time. Since 1999, eRoadTrack has been utilized by DPW and DOT users to keep the roads clear and safe by maximizing plowing and salting efficiencies.

08/11/2008 – Miami-Dade County, FL adopts eRoadInfo Asset and Pavement Management Solutions.
Miami-Dade County awarded a countywide asset and pavement inventory contract to EnterInfo. Under this contract, EnterInfo will deliver an eRoadInfo mobile van to the County for collecting digital images along county roads. The captured images will be processed to create a spatially registered asset database for pavement, sidewalks, and signs throughout the County. The products and services to be furnished will consist of a data collection and pavement survey vehicle with all the hardware and software installed; furnishing and installing data development software in the office; providing training, support, and maintenance services; and completing initial data collection services for Sidewalks and Signs.

05/08/08 – Dorchester County, MD Public Works has chosen eRoadInfo Mobile Technology.
eRoadInfo Technology will be utilized to develop countywide digital images allowing Dorchester County to safely capture roadside assets and pavement surveys from an office environment. EnterInfo is committed to providing quality services to Dorchester County, which is the 8th municipal government client of eRoadInfo in Maryland.

05/01/08 – Washington County, MD tasks EnterInfo to update Pavement Ratings and Perform Pavement Management Services.
eRoadInfo will be utilized to perform pavement survey and update centerline data for the entire County. EnterInfo has serviced Washington County since 2006 earning a reputation of reliability and cost-effective pavement services.

03/10/2008 – Woolpert and eRoadInfo to provide Road Asset Collection Services to City of Suffolk, VA.
eRoadInfo and Woolpert will jointly perform GIS data collection services for the City of Suffolk, Virginia. The project starts with image capturing along approximately 1720 lane miles (860 centerline miles) of roads maintained by the City. Data collection will be performed using the captured video.

02/08/2008 – eRoadInfo Pavement Management Solution Chosen by the City of Dayton, Ohio.
The City of Dayton has selected EnetrInfo’s image supplemented pavement management solution – eRoadInfo to modernize the City’s existing pavement management process. The project will start by capturing road video and pavement scanned images along City roads using eRoadInfo/Mobile. eRoadInfo/Pavement will be used to calculate PCR and perform repair analysis, budget calculation, report generation, and road condition forecasting.

12/14/07 - eRoadInfo Comprehensive Pavement Management System for City of Dallas, TX. featured on Television News broadcast.
The comprehensive pavement management system implemented by eRoadInfo for the City of Dallas, TX was featured on Dallas' NBC television affiliate to demonstrate innovative use of technology. Play the video here.

05/01/07 - eRoadInfo to Provide Comprehensive Pavement Management System to City of Dallas, TX.
eRoadInfo was selected by the City of Dallas to provide a fully integrated pavement management system to automate the processes of pavement rating, analyzing, and repair decision making. The integrated system will include GPS, inertial navigational device, multiple video cameras, pavement crack scanner, IRI index scanner, and Ground Penetratinf Radar (GPR). The eRoadInfo system will seamlessly integrate the collected informartion into an ESRI based GIS database so that users can review and analyze all the data produced by the sub-components using ArcGIS based interface. The eRoadInfo system crack scanner automatically detects the pavement cracking conditions and the IRI scanner automatically calculates the IRI index along the road. These conditions are input into the system's rating module to produce repair suggestions based on the users' budget constraints and/or operational priorities. The implementation of the system is expected to significantly improve the City's pavement management productivity and allows the City to compare the results of various repair methods before making the final decisions. Paper work will be reduced and the results will be more accurate and verifiable.

4/30/07 - Frederick County, MD was selected to receive the Special Achievement Award in GIS by ESRI.
On 6/18/2007 at the Annual ESRI Conference, Frederick is scheduled to receive the award from Jack Dangermond. Frederick County and EnterInfo will jointly present the image based asset inventory solution at the conference. This is another successful example of how eRoadInfo addresses client's asset inventory needs in a cost-effective manner.

1/18/2007 - Frederick City Contracts EnterInfo to Collect Road Asset Inventory
Frederick, MD ---- Information on the City’s infrastructure will be gathered in a whole new way! The City of Frederick’s SpiresGIS, an online geographic information system, will kick off the “Enter Road Info Pavement and Asset Inventory Project” on Monday, February 19, 2007. The Enterprise Information Solutions blue van, equipped with 4 cameras and 2 GPS receivers on the roof, can be expected to draw attention as it moves slowly through the City streets. During daylight hours for approximately the next 4-6 weeks, the van will be driving all City streets capturing images needed to perform the GIS analysis on the City’s infrastructure. SpiresGIS provides staff and the public with instant access to the City’s geographic information. SpiresGIS is the culmination of a 3 year undertaking to develop a City enterprise GIS (geographic information system). 1/12/2007 - St. Mary's County, Maryland Selects EnterInfo to Create Asset Database
St. Mary's County Maryland selected eRoadInfo to create road image logs (video log) and establish roadside asset data inventories for sign, guardrail and pavement markings. Under this contract, EnterInfo will create asset inventory for approximately 600 miles of county maintained roads. EnterInfo will provide hardware, software, and manpower needed to capture the images and collect roadway asset and pavement features.

11/15/2006 - CSC and EnterInfo Awarded Mapping Tasks by MDOT CHART Center.
EnterInfo, as a subcontractor of Computer Science Corporation, was awarded two mapping and GIS development tasks by the CHART Center of Maryland Department of Transpoatation. The tasks are to update the mapping interface of the CHART WEB site and provide additional reports and maps to the CHART users. The estimated total fee for the tasks is under $1M.

10/15/2006 - Township of Winslow, PA Selects Civil Solutions and EnterInfo to Perform Utility Mapping.
Civil Solutions, a certified business partner of EnterInfo, and EnterInfo were chosen by the Winslow Township, NJ to perform utility mapping and asset database services. Under this contract, EnterInfo will use its eRoadInfo system to capture images along the 300 miles of roads in the Township and Civil Solutions will process the images to create utility database and maps.

7/31/2006 - EnterInfo was the top rated firm for the Cartographic Services Statewide.
EnterInfo was the top rated firm for the Cartographic Services Statewide State Highway Administration (SHA) Contract BCS 2006-02A. This contract will provide Cartographic and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) support services for the GIS applications and the map publication activities. The contract will establish a four-year agreement for these services. This support will be for GIS functions, map creation and publication, data and database management, and field investigation. The EnterInfo team has Cartographers, Engineers, Developers, Database Administrators, GPS, and GIS experts that will become an extension of the SHA staff.

7/31/2006 - EnterInfo was selected to provide the State Highway Administration Roadway Inventory Data Entry – RIDE – Services.
EnterInfo was selected to provide the State Highway Administration Roadway Inventory Data Entry – RIDE – Services. Our firm will support the data collection activities of Highway Information Services Division. As required by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), SHA is responsible to perform inventory of changes to all public highways in the State each year. The road inventory is recorded in the Inventory database, which is maintained as the official record of the information concerning the physical features of the state roadways. EnterInfo will be providing these services on the Eastern Shore of Maryland.

6/2/2006 - Civil Solutions and EnterInfo selected to provide image based asset solutions to Town of Kearny, NJ.

6/2/2006 - Civil Solutions and EnterInfo selected to provide image based asset solutions to Lower Merion Township, PA.

6/2/2006 - EnterInfo awarded a one million dollar A/E contract by Maryland SHA.
EnterInfo was rated highest among the competing consulting firms and was awarded a three-year contract to provide GIS, GPS, and mapping services to the SHA.

2/23/2006 - Dade County, Florida selects EnterRoadInfo to create sidewalk inventory and perform pavement rating.
EnterRoadInfo was selected by Dade County, Florida to track the County’s sidewalk and road pavement conditions. The pavement ratings of road segments and the sidewalk conditions will be entered into a database from images captured by the EnterRoadInfo system. Each sidewalk section will be flagged with the following conditions:

  • Corner or side cracking
  • Temporarily repair with asphalt
  • Existing curb (ADA)
  • Up rooted due to tree
  • Accessibility blocked due to a pole or traffic or cable box
  • Material (Concrete, Pavers, Asphalt)

1/15/2006 - Civil Solutions and EnterInfo provide image based asset tracking to the Borough of Park Ridge, New Jersey.
Civil Solutions and EnterInfo are teamed to provide roadside asset database development services to the City of Park Ridge, NJ. EnterInfo’s image based asset inventory solution - EnterRoadInfo was used to capture the images and perform data collection. The final deliverables include a completely updated transportation system of the existing road GIS layer and an image database ready for asset collection within ArcGIS from the office.
